Jermey Samuel made an unbeaten fifty, carrying his bat, and guiding the QUCA u-19 boys to a thrilling last over victory.
In a game organized by NYC Mayor Adam, the QUCA boys restricted the PSAL combined 11 to 138 in 20 overs. But on a tricky wicket this was a challenging total.
As QUCA began their chase, wickets fell consistently on the other end but a mature inning by Jermey ensured that the runs kept coming and in the end, took the team home with a fine fifty. With every season, Jermey is maturing in to an amazing player and is showing his ability to not just adapt to the shorter format, but also take the responsibility of the team's most accomplished batter

An incredible spell by Junior against a star-studded Melbourne cricket club that had a former WI ODI player and some first class players. Its heartening to see how much Junior has grown as a bowler. He has been working hard over the winter and as he continues to mature as a bowler, QUCA has high hopes of him becoming a fine fast bowler.
