QUCA Sponsorship flyer_edited.jpg
Queens United Cricket Academy (QUCA) is a non-profit 501(c) organization. Our goals are to build the proud tradition of developing the sport of cricket and life skills in youth. We are dedicated to the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and a competitive spirit. Our teams successfully compete in local, regional, national and overseas tournaments.
QUCA staff and volunteers are also thoughtfully involved in the community. Our coaches have been working with the NYPD in after-school programs in underprivileged areas of New York City to engage children in athletics. Recently, we have also begun introducing cricket to NYC elementary schools during physical education classes.
Every year, we invite businesses to sponsor our team. After thinking of businesses in the community that we want to be affiliated with, we naturally thought of your business and its interaction with the local community.
Sponsoring our teams is not only a great way to get involved with the community; it’s also an amazing form of marketing for your business. Our academy has over 100 children and our players train two times a week throughout the year. We have 5 teams total: Under 11, Under 13, Under 15, Under 17 and Under 19 teams. We compete in various tournaments in the tristate area, which means your business will have branding in front of hundreds of people and generate impressions in the NYC, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut area. With that type of exposure, everyone will remember your business.

This year, we have various packages to support your budget:
  • Your logo on our team T-shirt and website (www.quca.org )
  • An invitation to attend one of our games
  • E-mail blasts to our families thanking you for your sponsorship
  • Social media posts about your business
  • A picture of our team to hang in your office

As we all know, kids who play sports perform better in school, live healthier lives, and grow up to be more successful adults. However, the rising costs of youth sports are leaving millions of kids on the sidelines. Unfortunately, cricket is an expensive sport and not all of the families on our team can afford the cost. We ask for sponsorship to help subsidize the cost of new equipment/apparel, scholarships for players who cannot afford to play, and travel expenses for the team.
We understand that you have several choices when considering different marketing and community outreach opportunities, but we truly believe that this would be a great fit for both of us. If you want something a little more customized in return for your sponsorship, we are very open to your ideas. Feel free to contact us.
I know that your company does a great job of improving the community, and we thank you for your continued support. You are making our city a better place.
