Harsha and Sahir
Jul 14, 2022
At 89 for 3 in 21 overs, QUCA was heading to a fairly modest total but as always, Harsha came to the crease and had an immediate impact with his clean striking and together with Sahir, put on 90 runs in the final 9 overs to get QUCA to a very challenging 180. The pair hit some fine boundaries but the highlight of the partnerships their playing in the gaps and running between the wickets, often converting ones to twos and keeping the fielders and bowlers under constant pressure

Jermey Samuel
Jul 13, 2022
A fine effort by Jermey to get to his first fifty of the season. He has been playing well all season but a series of unfortunate runouts, and catches to good shots have meant that he's been denied a big score. He's been the ideal one down batsman for the team and this week, 2 days in a row he was part of the partnerships that rescued his team from very difficult situations.
While there has never been any doubt about Jermey's ability as a batter, this year he has developed some strong scoring shots and maneuvering the field which has improved his strike rate.

After a game or a training session, static stretching helps you to cool down and prevent injuries. These stretches lengthen your muscles back out after a workout, which relieves tension and relaxes your body. By improving blood flow these stretches helps your muscles recover better and faster.
